(Length: 60 hours)

In this course, students identify the characteristics of emotional and spiritual development in adolescents and young adults. Focusing on the different forms of communication, we will study the methods most appropriate in helping relationships, including how to become aware of oneself, one's true "me", and of those things that reveal that actions spring from emotions. The course also allows students to identify their belief system, corresponding to a particular identity that they adopt to be able to understand and feel empathy for their clients.

Students learn that the essential skills are those necessary to live, learn and work. They form the basis for learning all other skills and allow people to develop with their jobs and to adapt to changes in the workplace. Students learn that bullying is a negative behavior that some young people adopt toward others.
