The responsibility of educators and workers in the area of hygiene and nutrition is omnipresent in their work. This course focuses on giving students the skills to apply hygiene and nutrition measures. In the workplace, this skill will allow them to: safely prepare the location and the material for meals, understand the pleasure of eating and identify certain aspects of food intolerances and allergies. Students become aware of the phenomenon of eating disorders, including all the addictions and behaviors of those who suffer from overeating, anorexia, bulimia, compulsive eating, hyperphagia and orthorexia.
