(Length: 45 hours)
Students enrich their skills in spelling, grammar and syntax.
The course is divided into modules. The first module deals with the basic elements making up a sentence, that is, the principal natures and functions of words. Students then look at grammatical agreement and rules of syntax: qualifying adjectives, verbs, homophones, punctuation, etc.; this module contains the most notions. Then they study reference works, more specifically, how to use them and the resources in them. The last module is an opportunity to apply all the notions seen in the course because it focuses on writing short texts.
