Students learn to have a better understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses. Activities include: reading articles on the subject, teamwork, individual exercises and professional development. Participants also learn strategies on how to show themselves in the best light and increase their chances of success during interviews. Finally, they learn problem solving technics and conflict resolution which are considered essential skills in today's labour market.
